Scheduling Your Content

Plan your publishing schedule in advance.

Blog Post Scheduling

1. Open your content piece

Go to the Polish tab

Click "Schedule"

Choose date and time

Select publishing destination

Confirm

Social Post Scheduling

1. Create or open social post

Click "Schedule" (not "Post Now")

Select platforms

Choose date and time

Add to queue

Bulk Scheduling

For multiple pieces:

Go to Calendar

Click "Bulk Schedule"

Select content items

Set publishing dates

Confirm all

Timezone Handling

All times are shown in your timezone:

Set in Settings > Profile

AI considers timezone for optimal times

Scheduled items execute at local time
