Canceling Your Subscription

1. Go to Settings > Billing

  • Click "Manage Subscription"
  • Click "Cancel Subscription"
  • Confirm cancellation

    What Happens When You Cancel

    - Access continues until period ends

  • No future charges
  • Data retained for 30 days after expiration
  • Can resubscribe anytime

    Refund Policy

    Within 14 Days:

  • Full refund on first payment
  • No questions asked

    After 14 Days:

  • Prorated credit for annual plans
  • No refunds for monthly plans
  • Contact support for exceptions

    Requesting a Refund

    1. Email support@trenddraft.xyz

  • Include your account email
  • State reason (optional)
  • We process within 5-7 days

    Pausing Instead

    Not ready to cancel?

  • Contact support about pausing
  • Available for up to 3 months
  • Resume without losing data
